Ross Parker is New National Student Council Vice Chair

The 2008 AGM for national student council was held in May where James Smith from BADCASS (Bristol and District) was elected as Chair and Ross Parker from NCASS as vice chair.

Going forward James and Ross hope to build upon the recent success of the NSC, including being named at the Pass Awards as Student Body of the Year. In particular, it is the Council’s aim to increase the level of communication between students, training firms and regional student and senior district societies, as well as make full use of the seat held by the NSC on Institute General Council. There has never been a better time for your views to be heard by others in the Institute.
